Mumzie and I recently had the pleasure of attending the graduation ceremony of a friend.
Ready to walk the aisle, with his mom helping coordinate
Mr. M. was the official photographer for the ceremony
Receiving the diploma
A hug from his mom
The (according to the Graduate) silly tradition of the hat toss :)
Graduated!
Visiting with the man himself afterwards
Chatting with I. and J. (J. would not look at the camera :)
Looking at their brother's gifts :)
E. helping serve
We were invited to the M.'s home afterwards, and Mrs. M. served us refreshments
A game of Bananagrams
E. and her cousin
Words
"This is fun!"
J.'s grandmother helping....one nice thing about this game is that the players help one another!
J. making shapes with the letters
J. wanted to take a picture of his sister...so I helped him :)
Dinner time!
Mumzie and I enjoyed visiting with everyone and hearing stories
The man of the day
Serving ice cream
Mumzie: "Do you like the amount S.A.M. gives you when she serves ice cream?"
S: "Yeess" :D
Pleased with his ice cream
Cousins
Getting ready for family worship
The last time we were at the M.'s home (almost exactly 2 years ago), we were comparing the height of E. to myself.....
2010
This time, however.....
....we were comparing the height between C. and I! My height is doomed to shortness, I'm afraid. I will forever be the S.O.T.H. :)
Thank you for your hospitality, M. family!

What does S.O.T.H. stand for? I'm guessing the first word is shrimp? :-) It's ok S.A.M. We've got to have some short people, or the world just wouldn't be the same. It would be boring if we were all the same height. ;-) Glad you had a good time with your friends. Looking forward to seeing you this Lord's Day!

Can't wait to see you, too!
